Oh, this is lovely! I love that you show me these castles and ruins!
I visited Valle Crucis Abbey in early April. As usual I had a good look around for anything unusual. There's a door partway up a wall leading into a room that can't be accessed without climbing. I wonder what's hidden there :-)
Looks like a great place for a picnic. Take the family and let the boys just run around playing as knights in shining armor defending the keep from Dragons!
