MSU Excavation Uncovers 16,000 Year old Sand Dunes

In lieu of all the constant construction and destruction of the grounds of MSU (Michigan State University) , archaeologists made a decision to start excavating. They were concerned that the constant enhancements of the grounds of the university might have been destroying some historical artifacts still left from thousands of years ago. They were right. They have made many discoveries so far, including a 16,000 year old sand dune and some foundation stones from College Hall built in 1856. Watch the video for the full story.
