University of Calgary Archaeologist Julio Mercader

University of Calgary archaeologist Julio Mercader has uncovered the earliest evidence of modern humans using wild grains and tubers for food, from a cave site in Mozambique, Africa. An interesting evolution of modern practices is shown in this video, explaining what was actually happening in the pantry over 100,000 years ago.
